Melanie Guinn Buchanan brings invaluable experience to our clients, having worked on both the agency and client sides of mass, b2b and luxury brands. For several years she worked with international brands while living in northern Europe.
After returning to the States, she co-founded zgm and serves as our chief officer and brand strategist (she's the G). Mel is in constant motion, whirling from client strategy sessions to industry seminars, chasing her three kiddos and fitting in a hot flow yoga class.
Lynda McMillan Folz is the "M" of zgm. As a zgm founder and creative director, Lynda possesses a sharp eye for detail, an intensely creative mind and an uncanny ability to meet the most demanding deadlines. Her design work evolves continually, resulting in beautiful, modern campaigns that win awards and get clients noticed. Her many hobbies include reading, traveling with her husband and doing intricate jigsaw puzzles (it's that problem solving gene hard at work).
Janice has a passion for architecture and design, and is merging her passions by implementing brand identification into the built environment. This discipline creates an impactful, comprehensive and meaningful design to help companies develop a direct relationship between their target audience and brand identity. Janice is into all things visual and handmade. She also enjoys traveling, running, baking, watching movies with her husband, and stays very busy keeping up with their active young son.
As our Vice President of Business Development, Donnie brings extensive experience in data analytics, list management, mapping, print production and variable/PURL campaigning. One of Donnie's strongest attributes is his steadfast dedication to our clients and their needs. Donnie is a busy dad and devoted family man, balancing work with coaching baseball. However, when reality isn't dominating his time, he dreams of being out in a stream somewhere lost in thought with a fly fishing line.
Charlene is our financial guru and the calm in the center of the storm at zgm. Surrounded by right-brained creatives, intense marketing people and looming deadlines, her wise counsel and sense of humor keep us grounded. With 25 years experience in finance and accounting, Charlene brings valued knowledge and the highest ethical standards to our endeavors. When she’s not balancing the books, she keeps her personal life balanced with gardening, restoring antiques, reading and spending time with her husband, grown children and extended family on the 32 acre farm where she was raised.
